Larissa Dundon
Larissa is a Vancouver-based marketing and public relations professional with fifteen years of experience elevating brands. As the co-founder of The Tea Communications, she loves working with clients focused on sustainability and building a better world.
She has been the account lead on Science World since fall of 2017, working closely with the leadership, brand and fundraising teams. While she is an external partner, the team considers her a vital team member.
Before co-founding The Tea, she managed the communications team for Lush Cosmetics, running the corporate and product communications plans for the North American business. Prior to that she worked in the Vancouver and US real estate markets, bringing to life projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach and other multi-family real estate projects of all sizes.

Shafiq Jamal
CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
With over 28 years of experience in the corporate sector, Shafiq specializes in crisis, issues, and reputational risk management. He has collaborated with clients on crisis planning and preparedness, tabletop exercises, scenario planning, media training, crisis comms, reputation recovery, and real-time situation room support.
Shafiq has managed a wide array of issues including data breaches, global disease outbreaks, real estate opposition, health crises, employee misconduct, product recalls, and more. Before launching his independent consulting practice in March 2020, Shafiq was the SVP & Managing Director of Weber Shandwick’s Vancouver office.

Celeena Sayani is an entrepreneur and marketing strategist, with 12 years of experience building brands consumers are obsessed with. These include Lush Cosmetics, Nature’s Path, Arterra Wines and her own CPG company. Her expertise includes managing digital ads for clients hoping to grow their businesses through Meta, with a proven track record of driving results.
Whether it's a simple conversion campaign or one with multiple objectives, her custom approach and commitment to exceptional customer service have continued to keep clients happy.

Courtney Napper
SENIOR PR CONSULTANT
Courtney is a Vancouver-based PR and brand marketing leader with over a decade of experience crafting culturally resonant campaigns for mission-driven brands. Her career spans entertainment publicity (Alliance, eOne, Bell Media) and major client initiatives (Whistler Film Festival, Fan Expo). At Lush Cosmetics North America, she led inventive ethical campaigns (human rights, animal welfare) that resulted in global sellouts and viral stunts. She has also overseen communications for the City of Vancouver (cultural/social policy, overdose crisis, poverty reduction) and is a passionate mental health advocate (CMHA Toronto). Courtney holds a PGD in Public Relations and a B.A. in Kinesiology.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Kat is a Vancouver-based marketing and communications consultant with expertise in content marketing and project management. She excels in highlighting key media and influencer voices, cultivating conversations, and managing client needs in media, influencer relations, social media, and content marketing.
Previously, Kat led marketing, social, brand, and communications strategies for Virtuous Pie and MILA Plant-Based. Her background as a sous chef and marketing manager provides a unique perspective on creating unforgettable experiences, including restaurant openings, menu development, and intercontinental growth.
